We accept only the insurance plans with which we are currently contracted. If your insurance plan is not listed, you may still choose our cash-pay option or use out-of-network benefits, if available. Coverage and eligibility are subject to verification.

Cash-Pay & Out-of-Network Options

If we are not currently contracted with your insurance plan, you may still be seen using one of the following options:

Cash-Pay

We offer a cash-pay option for patients who prefer to pay directly for services.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may choose to use them. We can provide the appropriate documentation for you to submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.

Payment Policy

A card on file is required for all patients, including cash-pay patients. Payments will be processed securely through the system at the time of your appointment.

Once registration is complete, you will be able to select a potential appointment slot. Our system is currently set to allow for a 2-day lead time.

Appointment Confirmation

All appointment requests are reviewed before being finalized. Your appointment will be confirmed by the provider or a staff member.
